2. Strict 18+ Adult Eligibility Requirement

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dreamless LLC, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) resulting from or arising out of:

• Your breach or alleged violation of these Terms or any referenced policy;

• Your reliance upon any numerological reading or insight in making personal, medical, psychiatric, financial, or legal decisions;
• Your violation of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or statutory right; or
• Any fraudulent, willful, or negligent acts committed by you.

11. Mandatory Binding Individual Arbitration

A. Informal Dispute Resolution Pre-Condition

Prior to initiating arbitration, you and Dreamless LLC agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim ("Dispute") informally. The aggrieved party shall send a written Notice of Dispute describing the claim, factual basis, and specific relief sought to legal@dreamlessllc.com. The parties agree to confer via electronic communication for a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice before initiating formal arbitration.

B. Binding Arbitration Administered by the AAA

If the Dispute cannot be settled within the 30-day informal negotiation window, it shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified by these Terms.

• Seat & Virtual Format: The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and may take place via telephonic, videoconferencing, or written submissions to minimize expense and travel burden.
• Arbitrator's Jurisdiction: The arbitrator shall possess exclusive jurisdiction to rule on their own jurisdiction, including challenges regarding the existence, scope, validity, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement.
• Federal Arbitration Act: These Terms and this arbitration covenant evidence a transaction in interstate commerce governed by the United States Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16.

C. Express Waiver of Jury Trial

YOU AND DREAMLESS LLC HEREBY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR IN FRONT OF A JUDGE IN COURT.

12. Class Action & Representative Relief Waiver

The arbitrator shall not consolidate or join more than one person's claims, and may not preside over any form of consolidated, representative, or class proceeding. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual claimant seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve the claimant's individual claim.

13. Governing Law & Judicial Forum

These Terms and any Dispute arising out of or related to your use of Angel Numbers shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law that would apply the laws of another jurisdiction.

To the extent that any Dispute or judicial proceeding is permitted outside of arbitration under these Terms (such as enforcing an arbitration award, seeking provisional equitable relief, or small claims court actions), you and Dreamless LLC irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located within the State of Delaware.

14. DMCA Copyright Notice & Takedown Procedure

Dreamless LLC respects the intellectual property rights of creators. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA"), if you believe that any material on Angel Numbers infringes upon a valid copyright owned by you, you may submit a formal notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the authorized agent of the copyright owner;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient URL coordinates to enable us to locate it;
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address);
5. A good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law; and
6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate.

15. Severability, Entire Agreement & Contact

Severability: If any provision or portion of these Terms is determined by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not impair the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Waiver: No failure or delay by Dreamless LLC in exercising any right, remedy, or power under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any other or further exercise of any right, power, or privilege.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and purchase confirmations, constitute the entire, integrated agreement between you and Dreamless LLC concerning the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior oral or written negotiations, representations, or understandings.
